Return Policy

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order, (i.e. the delivery date), unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges). A return authorization (RA) number must be provided. Please email Gina@cutiebows.com with your original order number and date of receipt to recieve your RA number. Be certain to include the RA number on the outside of the package for return.

Items located in the 'sale' section of our site are returnable for exchange or store credit only. Items located in the 'clearance' section are non returnable; all clearance items sales are final. Clearance, custom-ordered and personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping Your Return

Please try and send your package via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You are responsible for the return delivery charges, the only exceptions to this are if we mistakenly sent you an incorrect item or incorrect size (i.e customer ordered a 2t and were mistakenly sent a 3t), we will then cover the return shipping charges. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.

When Will My Return be Processed?

Returns and/or exchanges are processed promptly upon receipt. But, please allow 5-7 business days for your credit to process. Credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they'll appear in your next billing cycle.

A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.

Returning a Gift

If you need to return a gift, please note that we're unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Cutie Bows certificate or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Cutie Bows.
