General Information:
All shipments are shipped from the Southeast by USPS and UPS delivery services. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and weekends. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible. We do reserve the right to have one day of order processing for verification of credit card and shipping information.

How much does shipping cost?
Cutie Bows SHIPPING POLICY is as follows: A standard order $0-$150.00 will be charged $6.95 per order, FREE SHIPPING applies to all orders over $150.00. A standard order is one that has NO oversized or drop-shipped items incurring additional charges. We ship with UPS and USPS, the customer will be notified of the carrier via email once the order has been processed for delivery. Please review the product description to note if a particular item will incur additional shipping charges.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We apologize but currently we only ship packages within the United States. Please note that residents of Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional package surcharge of $7.00.
Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and shipping times may vary. Customized and monogrammed merchandise will increase shipping time. If the manufacturer notifies Cutie Bows that an item is out-of-stock, the customer will be promptly notified via email. Due to the fact that some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer, your complete order may arrive in separate shipments.
Surcharges
Oversized items are more expensive to ship because they’re heavier and/or bulkier than normal items. Drop-shipped items are delivered directly from our manufacturers, and so an additional surcharge may be applied to cover the vendor’s shipping cost. Please review the product description to note if a particular item will incur additional charges.
